HomeFixPros operates as:

• A home services platform, and/or
• A managed service provider that connects customers with independent local service professionals (“Service Providers”)

HomeFixPros is not a construction company, not an employer, and not a general contractor, unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific service.

All Service Providers are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of HomeFixPros.

• By submitting a service request, you authorize HomeFixPros to contact you by phone, text message, or email.
• Estimates provided are non-binding unless explicitly stated as a fixed-price agreement.
• Final pricing may change based on job conditions, materials, access, or scope changes discovered on site.
• HomeFixPros reserves the right to refuse or cancel any service request at its discretion

• Payments may be processed by HomeFixPros or third-party payment processors.
• Full or partial payment may be required before service is scheduled.
• You authorize HomeFixPros to charge your selected payment method for approved services.

 

• Refund eligibility depends on the service type and circumstances.
• No refunds are guaranteed once work has started, except where required by law.
• Disputes must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Service Providers:

• Are independently owned and operated
• Control how and when work is performed
• Are responsible for their own licenses, insurance, tools, taxes, and compliance with laws

HomeFixPros does not guarantee:

• The outcome of services
• Workmanship beyond any explicitly stated warranty
• Availability of specific Service Providers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
HomeFixPros disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

HomeFixPros shall not be liable for:

• Property damage
• Personal injury
• Lost profits
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Acts or omissions of independent Service Provider

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to HomeFixPros for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Ensure safe access to the service location
• Secure pets and personal property
• Comply with applicable laws and HOA rules

HomeFixPros may refuse service if conditions are unsafe or information is inaccurate.

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service or cancellation fee.
• Emergency services may have different cancellation rules

All content on this Site, including text, logos, images, and designs, is the property of HomeFixPros and may not be copied or used without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with Site security
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to bypass pricing or payment systems

HomeFixPros may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
